What You Need To Know About Ron Weasley

  • Ron never received a seventh year of education at Hogwarts. Instead, he moved on to become an Auror 
  • At some point Ron also worked with George at Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, which became a huge success.
  • Ron married Hermione, and the couple had two children: Rose and Hugo. 
  • Ron is the godfather of Harry and Ginny's oldest son, James Sirius.  
  • Ron considered his appearance in Chocolate Frog Cards as the best thing he had ever achieved.

In 1962: 
Predrag Bjelac, the actor who played Igor Karkaroff in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, was born.

In 1997: 
  • Harry Potter got a note from Dumbledore, telling him they were to seek out a Horcrux
  • Harry met Sybill Trelawney, who revealed to him that Severus Snape was the one who overheard the Prophecy and told part of its contents to Voldemort
  • Harry traveled with Dumbledore to a seaside cave and retrieved the false Horcrux, while attacked by Inferi.

What You Need To Know About Harry Potter

  • The Potters were an old, very wealthy pure-blood family, and Harry inherited much of his wealth from his parents. 
  • Harry and Tom Riddle were very distant relatives as both of them were the descendants of Peverell Brothers.  
  • Harry was distantly related, on his father's side, to the Blacks, Malfoys, Weasleys, Longbottoms, and almost all other pure-blood families 
  • Harry didn't finish his 7th year at Hogwarts along with Ron. Hermione did by joining in Ginny's school year.  
  • When Voldemort destroyed the Horcrux that was Harry, Harry Potter lost the ability to speak Parseltongue 
  • After the war, Harry became an Auror at the Ministry of Magic.
  • New Minister Kingsley Shacklebolt permitted those who had fought in the battle to become Aurors without getting their N.E.W.T.s.
  • In 2007, Harry became youngest head of the Auror Office at the age of 27.  
  • Harry helped to reform the Ministry along with Ron, who was also an Auror, and Hermione, who was ranked high up in the ministry.
